This is a news journal and it’s purpose is not to provide details in terms of the biological/medical understanding of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. This information is ubiquitous throughout the Internet and a rehash of this information would serve no purpose.

What this news journal is about is hope. Therefore, any breakthrough news about non-Hodgkins lymphoma will be presented. The power of hope in healing and eliminating non-Hodgkins lymphoma is essential. My wife has had non-Hodgkins lymphoma now for thirteen years. According to doctors she should not be here today. She is currently living a full and productive life and is about to undergo a stem cell transplant. With a stem cell transplant and subsequent new immune system, this will most likely result in a complete abatement of her cancer.

Breakthroughs in research on non-Hodgkins lymphoma are occurring frequently. The prudent non-Hodgkins lymphoma patient and family should keep up with the current understanding of treatments and cutting edge technologies. In many cases, the patient may even know more then the oncologist simply because the patient can concentrate on just his/her cancer, while the oncologists must deal with many types of cancer. Hence the need for this non-hodgkins lymphoma news journal.

I initially put this journal together as a means to provide my wife and myself information on the latest cutting edge technologies for the treatment of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. I later decided, why not make it public, in order to provide others information on what I found. This news journal will be updated at least once per day.

The Internet can be a powerful tool for the dissemination of information. For the non-Hodgkins lymphoma patient, living in the age of information technology brings benefits for knowledge growth which was unheard of fifteen years ago. Knowlege brings about understanding of cutting edge treatments. Most importantly, understanding creates hope for the non-Hodgkins lymphoma patient.
